There are ten people namely – P, A, C, R, S, B, E, T, D and Q sitting in a rectangular table in such a way that four persons sitting at corner while two on each bigger side and one each on the smaller side. Some of them facing are center and some of them are not facing center. Each likes different fruits viz. Mango, Orange, Banana, Grapes, Guava, Watermelon, Litchi, Papaya, Cherry, and Apple. All the information is given above not necessarily in the same order.
B who likes Orange sits third to the right of C. B is neither sits adjacent to the one who likes Banana nor an immediate neighbor of the one who likes Guava. The One who likes Litchi facing center but not an immediate neighbors of Q. P neither like Mango nor sits an immediate neighbor of C.C doesn’t like apple.P sits second to the right of S. The one who likes Banana sits exactly opposite to S and facing in opposite direction that of S. B and R are facing opposite direction to each other. R doesn’t like grapes.E neither likes Banana nor sits immediate neighbor of the one who likes Guava. Persons diagonally sit opposite at corner sits facing in opposite direction to each other (if one person sits facing center than the person at the corner diagonally opposite sits facing outward and vice-versa). R sits second to the left of the one who likes Banana, who sits on the smaller side of the table. Person on each longer side sits facing in opposite direction to each other. The one who likes Watermelon sits immediate left of the one who likes Grapes. T who likes Papaya sits third to the left of the one who likes Mango. R faces the same direction as the one who likes litchi. E, who sits immediate right of Q and sits exactly between the one who likes Litchi and A. D likes Cherry sits third to the left of the one who likes Apple. The one, who likes Papaya sits at corner, sits third to the left of the one who likes Guava. The one who likes Guava sits together with R at the same side.
एक आयताकार मेज पर दस व्यक्ति अर्थात् P, A, C, R, S, B, E, T, D और Q इस प्रकार बैठे हैं कि चार व्यक्ति कोने पर बैठे हैं जबकि प्रत्येक बड़ी भुजा पर दो और प्रत्येक पर एक छोटा पक्ष। उनमें से कुछ केंद्र की ओर उन्मुख हैं और उनमें से कुछ केंद्र की ओर उन्मुख नहीं हैं। प्रत्येक को अलग-अलग फल पसंद हैं अर्थात। आम, संतरा, केला, अंगूर, अमरूद, तरबूज, लीची, पपीता, चेरी और सेब। सभी जानकारी ऊपर दी गई है जरूरी नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हो।
B जिसे संतरा पसंद है वह C के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। B न तो केला पसंद करने वाले के आसन्न बैठा है और न ही अमरूद पसंद करने वाले का निकटतम पड़ोसी है। वह व्यक्ति जिसे लीची पसंद है, वह केंद्र की ओर उन्मुख है लेकिन Q का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है। P को न तो आम पसंद है और न ही वह C का निकटतम पड़ोसी है।
C को सेब पसंद नहीं है। P, S के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। जिसे केला पसंद है वह S के ठीक विपरीत बैठा है और S की विपरीत दिशा में उन्मुख है। B और R एक दूसरे के विपरीत दिशा की ओर उन्मुख हैं। R को अंगूर पसंद नहीं है। E न तो केला पसंद करता है और न ही अमरूद पसंद करने वाले के निकटतम पड़ोसी बैठा है। व्यक्ति तिरछे कोने पर विपरीत दिशा में एक-दूसरे की ओर मुख करके बैठे हैं (यदि एक व्यक्ति केंद्र की ओर मुख करके बैठता है, तो तिरछे विपरीत कोने में व्यक्ति बाहर की ओर मुख करके बैठता है और इसके विपरीत)। R, केला पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के बायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है, जो मेज की छोटी भुजा पर बैठा है। प्रत्येक लंबी भुजा पर व्यक्ति एक दूसरे के विपरीत दिशा की ओर मुख करके बैठता है। वह व्यक्ति जिसे तरबूज पसंद है वह अंगूर पसंद करने वाले के ठीक बायें बैठा है। T जिसे पपीता पसंद है वह आम पसंद करने वाले के बायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। R का मुख उसी दिशा की ओर है जिस दिशा में लीची पसंद है। E, जो Q के ठीक दायें बैठा है और लीची पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति और A के ठीक बीच में बैठा है। D को चेरी पसंद है, वह सेब पसंद करने वाले के बायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। पपीता पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति कोने पर बैठा है, अमरूद पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। वह व्यक्ति जिसे अमरूद पसंद है वह R के साथ एक ही ओर बैठा है।
Six persons sit around in the hexagon table based on their working experience. Persons sit on the sides of the hexagon table. All of them are facing the centre. Six persons are working in the three different departments. Each person had a specific number of years of experience in their department. Three departments are Transport, Railways, and Customs. All persons must work 58 years from the year of joining and the present experience is calculated till 2019.
E sits 2nd to the right of the one who has high experienced person. One who joins in 1985 is not working with D. E works with the same department as the one who has high experienced in the group. B works with F and having retirement in 2035. A had less experience than F. Difference between the joining years of B and C is equal to the experience of the one who get retirement in 2069. D works in Customs and has experience which is equal to the sum of the work experience of A and B. One who has 14 years of experience is neither working in Customs nor Transports. Two persons from the same department are not sits immediate to each other. The difference between the work experience of A and C is equal to the work experience of F. F sits 2nd to the right of the one who has 2nd high experienced person. The difference between the joining year of A and F is two less than the work experience of E in Customs. A sits immediate neighbor of both high and least experienced persons in the group. Sum of the work experience of both E and C is equal to the work experience of B. One whose joining year is 1999 was works in the same department with neither A nor E. C sits 2nd to the right of the one who joined customs in 2011. C joins after B. C doesn’t work in the same department with E.

E और C दोनों के कार्य अनुभव का योग B के कार्य अनुभव के बराबर है। जिसकी ज्वाइनिंग वर्ष 1999 है, वह न तो A और न ही E के समान विभाग में कार्य करता है। C, 2011 में कस्टम में शामिल होने वाले व्यक्ति के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। C, B के बाद जुड़ता है। C, E के साथ समान विभाग में कार्य नहीं करता है।
Ten persons sit in the three parallel rows. First row is north of the second row and the second row is north of the third row. Each row contains six seats. All of them are facing north. The persons are Arun, Bibin, Hirthick, Kartick, Manas, Niran, Jawahar, Pratap, Shaheen and Sandy. There are three clubs namely – white, red and green. Equal numbers of persons are in the red and green club. Not more than two persons are in the same club from the same row. The one who is from the same club does not sit opposite to each other except the persons from the red club.
Two persons sit between Manas and Sandy and either of them sits at the extreme ends of the row. One who sits behind Bibin sits immediate right of the one who is facing Manas. One person sits between Niran and Arun. Two persons sit between Pratap and Hirtick. Both Pratap and Hirthick are not sitting at any end. One who is from the white club sits second to the left of Sandy. Immediate neighbours of the one who is in front of Niran are from white club. Both Pratap and Kartick do not sit opposite to Jawahar. Jawahar sits second from the one end but not sits adjacent to sandy. Shaheen sits second to the right of Kartick, who sits behind the one who sits second to the right of Jawahar. Niran and Arun are not sitting at any extreme ends. The person who sit behind of Sandy is in the red club with sandy. Hirtick and Pratap are not from the green club. Jawahar sits in the same row of Bibin. Only four persons are from the white club. Hirthick and pratab are not in the same club.

प्रताप और कार्तिक दोनों जवाहर के विपरीत नहीं बैठे हैं। जवाहर एक छोर से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है लेकिन रेतीले के आसन्न नहीं बैठा है। शाहीन, कार्तिक के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है, जो जवाहर के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठे व्यक्ति के पीछे बैठा है। निरन और अरुण किसी अंतिम छोर पर नहीं बैठे हैं। सैंडी के पीछे बैठने वाला व्यक्ति रेतीले के साथ रेड क्लब में है। हर्टिक और प्रताप ग्रीन क्लब से नहीं हैं। जवाहर बिबिन की एक ही पंक्ति में बैठे हैं। केवल चार व्यक्ति व्हाइट क्लब से हैं। हिरथिक और प्रताप एक ही क्लब में नहीं हैं।
The top eight ranks in the state-level singing competition are secured by the employees of three companies – HCL, BMW and TVS. The eight toppers are Raju, Ajay, Amit, Kanchan, Shanaya, Shruti, Sharmila and Pankaj but not necessarily in the same order. Three of them work in HCL, three in BMW and two in TVS. Please use the information given below and figure out the ranks and companies of the eight employees.
The employee who gets Rank 1 does not work in TVS. Shanaya’s rank is better than that of Ajay. The employee who gets Rank 8 does not work in HCL. Kanchan works in BMW. Shruti’s rank is better than that of both Raju and Kanchan, but worse than that of both Pankaj and Ajay. Sharmila works neither in HCL nor in TVS. Shanaya, who does not work in HCL, gets Rank 2. Sharmila’s rank is worse than that of Kanchan but better than that of Raju. Pankaj, who gets Rank 4, works in BMW. Ajay does not work in TVS.
रैंक 1 प्राप्त करने वाला कर्मचारी TVS में कार्य नहीं करता है। शनाया की रैंक अजय से बेहतर है। रैंक 8 पाने वाला कर्मचारी एचसीएल में काम नहीं करता है। कंचन बीएमडब्ल्यू में काम करती है। श्रुति की रैंक राजू और कंचन दोनों से बेहतर है, लेकिन पंकज और अजय दोनों से भी बदतर है। शर्मिला न तो एचसीएल में काम करती हैं और न ही टीवीएस में। एचसीएल में काम नहीं करने वाली शनाया को रैंक 2 मिलती है। शर्मिला की रैंक कंचन से खराब है लेकिन राजू से बेहतर है। रैंक 4 पाने वाला पंकज बीएमडब्ल्यू में काम करता है। अजय टीवीएस में काम नहीं करता है।
