Seven students P, Q, R, S, T, U and V go to T.D College on different days in a same week starting from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All of them are doing PhD. in different subject viz, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Hindi, English, History and Math but not necessarily in the same order.
The one who is doing PhD in Chemistry goes to college on Wednesday. U is doing PhD in English. V is doing PhD in Hindi and he goes to college on Saturday. S does not go to the college on Monday. R is doing PhD in Biology but he goes neither on Saturday nor on Thursday. T goes to college on Tuesday and he is doing PhD in History. P goes on Friday but he is not doing PhD in the Chemistry or in the English. The one who is doing PhD in Physics goes to college on Monday.
सात विद्यार्थी P, Q, R, S, T, U और V सोमवार, मंगलवार, बुधवार, गुरुवार, शुक्रवार, शनिवार और रविवार से शुरू होने वाले समान सप्ताह के विभिन्न दिनों में T.D कॉलेज जाते हैं. वे सभी विभिन्न विषय में जैसे कि रसायन विज्ञान, भौतिकी, जीवविज्ञान, हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, इतिहास और गणित में पीएचडी कर रहे हैं लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हों.
जो रसायन विज्ञान में पीएचडी कर रहा है वह बुधवार को कॉलेज जाता है. U अंग्रेजी में पीएचडी कर रहा है. V हिंदी में पीएचडी कर रहा है और वह शनिवार को कॉलेज जाता है. S सोमवार को कॉलेज नहीं जाता है. R जीवविज्ञान में पीएचडी कर रहा है लेकिन वह न तो शनिवार को ना ही गुरूवार को कॉलेज जाता है. T मंगलवार को कॉलेज जाता है और वह इतिहास में पीएचडी कर रहा है. P शुक्रवार को जाता है लेकिन वह रसायन विज्ञान में या अंग्रेजी में पीएचडी नहीं कर रहा है. जो भौतिकी में पीएचडी कर रहा है वह सोमवार को कॉलेज जाता है.
A group of friends having seven members A, B, C, D, E, F and G contains four men and three ladies. Each one of them has a different profession-teacher, lawyer, doctor, CA, engineer, admin and HR and each one has passed out of a different college-P, S, V, W, X, Y and Z, not necessarily in the same order. None of the ladies is a admin or a teacher. C is a doctor and she has passed out from ‘College X’. A is a ‘College Y’ pass out. B is not a CA. E is a HR and is a ‘College S’ pass out. F is a teacher and has not studied in ‘College P’. G is a admin and has studied in ‘College V’. The one, who is CA, is a ‘College Z’ pass out. The one, who is lawyer, has studied in ‘College P’. None of the ladies has studied in ‘College Y’ or ‘College S’.
एक मित्रो के समूह में सात सदस्य है A, B, C, D, E, F और G है जिसमे चार पुरुष और तीन महिलाएं है. इनमे से प्रत्येक का अलग-अलग पेशा है - शिक्षक, वकील, डॉक्टर, सीए, इंजीनियर, प्रशासन और एचआर और वह सभी अलग-अलग कॉलेज से पास हुए है -P, S, V, W, X, Y और Z, परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. कोई भी महिला, प्रशासन और शिक्षक नहीं है. C, डॉक्टर है और वह ‘कॉलेज X’ से पास हुआ है. A, ‘कॉलेज Y’ से पास हुआ है. B, सीए नहीं है. E,एचआर है और ‘कॉलेज S’ से पास हुआ है. F, शिक्षक है और वह ‘कॉलेज P’ से पास नहीं हुआ है. G, प्रशासन है और ‘कॉलेज V’ से पास हुआ है. वह व्यक्ति जो सीए है ‘कॉलेज Z’ से पास हुआ है. वकील ‘कॉलेज P’ से पास हुआ है. कोई भी महिला ‘कॉलेज Y’ या ‘कॉलेज S’ से पास नहीं है.
Seven friends B, M, K, P, D, F and H visit a gym on four days – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday – in a week. At least one of them but not more than two friends visits the gym on each of these days. Each of them likes different colour – Red, Black, Pink, White, Blue, Cream and Orange. P visits the gym on Friday with the one who likes Cream. The one who likes Pink does not visit the gym on Saturday nor with the D and H. F likes Orange and visits the gym alone on Tuesday. M visits the gym on Wednesday and he does not like Pink. K visits the gym on Wednesday. H does not like Cream. The person who likes Pink visits the gym with the person who likes Red. The person who likes White visits the gym on Friday. B neither like Black nor Cream.
सात मित्र B, M, K, P, D, F और H एक हफ्ते में - मंगलवार, बुधवार, शुक्रवार और शनिवार चार दिन जिम जाते हैं. कम से कम एक लेकिन दो से अधिक व्यक्ति नहीं एकसाथ जिम नहीं जाते हैं, इन प्रत्येक दिनों में उनमें से कम से कम एक लेकिन दो मित्रों से अधिक जिम नहीं जाते हैं. सभी चारों को विभिन्न रंग पसंद है – लाल, काला, गुलाबी, सफेद, नीला, क्रीम और नारंगी. P शुक्रवार को उस व्यक्ति के साथ जिम जाता है जिसे क्रीम रंग पसंद है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे गुलाबी रंग पसंद है वह न तो शनिवार को न ही D न ही H के साथ जिम जाता है. F को नारंगी रंग पसंद है और वह मंगलवार को अकेले जिम जाता है. M बुधवार को जिम जाता है और उसे गुलाबी रंग पसंद नहीं है. K बुधवार को जिम जाता है. H को क्रीम रंग पसंद नहीं है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे गुलाबी रंग पसंद है वह लाल रंग पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के साथ जिम जाता है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे सफ़ेद रंग पसंद है वह शुक्रवार को जिम जाता है. B को न तो कला न ही क्रीम रंग पसंद है.
Twelve persons are sitting in two parallel rows containing six persons each in such a way that there is an equal distance between adjacent persons. In the Row-1 A, B, C, D, E and F are sitting and all of them are facing towards north. In the Row-2 L, M, N, O, P and Q are sitting and all of them are facing towards south direction but not necessarily in the same order. In the given seating arrangement each member sitting in a row faces another member of the other row.
O does not face E.
Immediate neighbour of P faces B. M does not face D. Three persons sit between B and D. L sits second to right of Q. Only one person sits between L and P. P sits one of the extreme end of the line. D does not sit on extreme left end. Three persons sit between N and M. C sits second to right of F. C does not face L.
बारह व्यक्ति दो समानांतर रेखाओ में इस प्रकार बैठे है कि प्रत्येक रेखा में छ: व्यक्ति स्थित है और आसन्न बैठे दोनों व्यक्तियों के मध्य समान दूरी है. रेखा -1 में -A, B, C, D, E और F बैठे है और इस सभी का मुख उत्तर की ओर है. रेखा-2 में- L, M, N, O, P और Q बैठे है और इन सभी का मुख दक्षिण की ओर है परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. दी गयी बैठने की व्यवस्था में एक रेखा में बैठे प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का मुख दूसरी रेखा में बैठे व्यक्ति की मुख की ओर है.
O का मुख E की ओर नहीं है. P के निकटतम पडोसी का मुख B की ओर है. M का मुख D की ओर नहीं है. तीन व्यक्ति B और D के मध्य बैठे है. L, Q के दायें से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. केवल एक व्यक्ति L और P के मध्य बैठा है. P रेखा के अंतिम छोर पर बैठा है. D रेखा के बायें अंत पर नहीं बैठा है. तीन व्यक्ति N और M के मध्य बैठे है. C, F के दायें से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. C का मुख L की ओर नहीं है.
Eight persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting around a rectangular table and all of them are facing towards the center of table. All of them like different colour viz. Red, yellow, white, black, pink, violet, orange and green but not necessarily in the same order. Two persons sit on each side of table. No two successive persons are sitting together according to alphabetical order. For Example: A does not sit next (adjacent) to B; similarly B does not sit next (adjacent) to C and so on.
A sits third to left of G who likes green colour. Only one person sits between A and C. The one who likes white colour sits second to right of C. Only one person sit between A and H. Only one person sits between B and F who likes pink colour. The persons who like red and orange colour sit on the same side. E neither like red nor orange colour. Three persons sit between the one who likes black colour and the one who like red colour. C does not like black colour. The one who likes yellow colour does not sit with adjacent to F.
आठ व्यक्ति A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H एक आयातकार मेज के चारो ओर बैठे हैं, और उन सभी का मुख केंद्र की ओर है. उन सभी को विभिन्न रंग पसंद है अर्थात लाल, पीला, सफेद, काला, गुलाबी, बैंगनी, नारंगी और हरा लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हो. दो व्यक्ति मेज की प्रत्येक भुजा पर बैठे हैं. वर्ण क्रम के अनुसार कोई भी दो क्रमागत व्यक्ति एकसाथ नहीं बैठे हैं. उदाहरण: A, B के अगले स्थान (आसन्न) पर नहीं बैठा; इसी प्रकार B, C के आसन्न नहीं बैठा है और इसी प्रकार आगे.
A, G जिसे हरा रंग पंसद है उसके बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. A और C के मध्य केवल एक व्यक्ति बैठा है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे सफ़ेद रंग पसंद है वह C के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा. A और H के मध्य केवल एक व्यक्ति बैठा है. B और F जिसे गुलाबी रंग पसंद है उनके मध्य केवल एक व्यक्ति बैठा है. वह व्यक्ति जिन्हें लाल और नारंगी रंग पसंद है वे समान भुजा पर बैठे हैं. E को न तो लाल न ही नारंगी रंग पसंद है. तीन व्यक्ति काला और लाल पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के मध्य बैठे हैं. C को काला रंग पसंद नहीं है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे पीला रंग पसंद है वह F के आसन्न नहीं बैठा है.
