Eight horses of eight different colors – red, yellow, green, blue, violet, pink, brown and white are tied on two sides of a road. There are four horses on each side of the road and each horse is facing another horse on the other side of the road. Further, the following information is known about the houses.
1) Pink colored horse is diagonally opposite to brown colored horse and they both are on the ends.
2) Red colored horse is opposite to yellow colored horse and is on the same side as the green colored horse
3) Violet colored horse is opposite to the white colored horse but is not on the same side as the blue colored horse
4) Blue and brown colored horses are on the same side of the road.
आठ विभिन्न रंगों अर्थात् लाल, पीला, हरा, नीला, बैंगनी, गुलाबी, भूरा और सफेद रंग के आठ घोड़े सड़क के दोनों किनारों पर बंधे हैं। सड़क की प्रत्येक ओर चार घोड़े बंधे हैं और प्रत्येक घोड़े का मुख सड़क की दूसरी ओर बंधे घोड़े की ओर है। इसके अतिरिक्त घोड़ों के संदर्भ में निम्नलिखित जानकारी ज्ञात है।
1) गुलाबी रंग का घोड़ा, भूरे रंग के घोड़े के विकर्णन विपरीत है। और वे दोनों घोड़े छोरों पर बंधे हैं।
2) लाल रंग का घोड़ा, पीले रंग के घोड़े के विपरीत है तथा जिस ओर हरे रंग का घोड़ा बंधा है उसी ओर बंधा हुआ है।
3) बैंगनी रंग का घोड़ा सफेद रंग के घोड़े के विपरीत है लेकिन नीले रंग के घोड़े की समान ओर नहीं है।
4) नीले और भूरे रंग के घोड़े सड़क की एक ही ओर हैं।
आठ मित्र J, K, L, M, Q, O, P और R एक ही बिल्डिंग के अलग-अलग तलों पर रहतेह हैं, जैसे: भूतल की संख्या 1 है , तल संख्या 1 से ऊपर का तल 2 है और उससे ऊपर इसी क्रम में चलते सबसे ऊपर वाले तल की संख्या 8 है. पांच व्यक्ति R और M के मध्य बैठे हैं उनमें से केवल एक या तो सबसे ऊपर वाले तल या सबसे नीचे वाले तल पर रहता है. K या तो R के तल के ठीक ऊपर या ठीक नीचे रहता है. J पांचवें तल पर रहता है. J और P के मध्य तीन व्यक्ति रहते हैं. O, L व J के ऊपर रहता है. P और Q के मध्य चार व्यक्ति रहते हैं.
छह व्यक्ति एक इमारत में इस प्रकार रहते हैं कि सबसे निचले तल की संख्या 0 है, इससे ऊपरी तल संख्या की संख्या 1 है और इस प्रकार सबसे ऊपरी तल की संख्या 5 है। E और A की मंजिल संख्याओं का जोड़ उस मंजिल संख्या से एक कम है, जिस पर C रहता है। D, F के ठीक ऊपर रहता है। A, सूरत से संबंधित नहीं है। पूणे से संबंधित व्यक्ति और D के मध्य कम से कम एक व्यक्ति रहता है। B और E के मध्य एक से अधिक व्यक्ति नहीं रहते हैं। A और वड़ोदरा से संबंधित व्यक्ति के मध्य तीन व्यक्ति रहते हैं। B, गाँधीनागर से संबंधित है। सूरत से संबंधित व्यक्ति, वड़ोदरा से संबंधित व्यक्ति के बाद नहीं रहता है। D और E के मध्य रहने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या बराबर है और अहमदाबाद और मुंबई से संबंधित हैं। मुंबई से संबंधित व्यक्ति, वडोदरा से संबंधित व्यक्ति के ठीक ऊपर रहता है।
Seven persons K, L, M, N, O, P, Q are sitting in a row facing north direction. Each of them is of different age. K sits second to the right of M but none of them sit at an extreme end. The age of L is a prime number which is greater than 20 but less than 30. L is not an immediate neighbour of K and neither sits at any of the extreme end. Three persons sit between P and O. The sum of the ages of L and Q is 51. The age of Q is multiple of 11. Q sits second to the left of O. N sits at one of the extreme ends of the row. O does not sit to the right of N. Q is not an immediate neighbour of L. K is 5 years younger than Q. The age of P is the difference of ages of L and K. The age of O is twice the age of P. N’s age is equal to the five times of the difference of the ages of O and Q. M’s age is twice of N’s age. N sits 2nd to the right of O.
सात व्यक्ति K, L, M, N, O, P, Q उत्तर की उन्मुख होकर एक पंक्ति में बैठे हैं। उनमें से प्रत्येक की अलग अलग आयु है। K, M के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है, लेकिन उनमें से कोई भी पंक्ति के अंतिम छोर पर नहीं बैठा है। L की आयु एक अभाज्य संख्या है जो 20 से अधिक है लेकिन 30 से कम है। L, K का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है और न ही किसी भी अंतिम छोर पर बैठा है। P और O के मध्य तीन व्यक्ति बैठे हैं। L और Q की आयु का योग 51 है। Q की आयु 11 का गुणक है। Q, O के बायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। N, पंक्ति के एक अंतिम छोर पर बैठा है। O, N के दायें नहीं बैठा है। Q, L का निकटतम पड़ोसी नहीं है। K, Q से 5 वर्ष छोटा है। P की आयु L और K की आयु का अंतर है। O की आयु P की आयु से दोगुनी है। N की आयु, O और Q के आयु के अंतर के पाँच गुना के बराबर है। M की आयु, N की आयु का दोगुना है। N, O के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है।
Eleven persons are sitting around a circular table. Some of them are facing towards the center and some away from The center. Both the neighbors of J face opposite direction to that of J. H is one of the neighbors of B, who is not neighbor of A. I and D are immediate left to each other and none of them sits next to A, E and J. Not more than two persons sit between J and H(either from the left or right). A sits 3rd left to J. E and A face same direction as F. I and F face opposite direction as H. F and G sit 2nd right to each other. K is one of the neighbor of D. Only one person sits between E and C(either from the left or right), who does not sit next to J. C and K face same direction as D. Three persons sit between E and A(either from the left or right).

Seven Students M, N, O, P, A, B and C going for summer vacation in different cities- Auli, Lonavala, Goa, Manali, Rishikesh, Mysore and Gangtok. They like different sports- Skiing, Rafting, Scuba Diving, Trekking, Camping, Cycling and Sky DIving.
The one who likes Cycling is going to Gangtok. A is going to Goa. M does not like Scuba Diving. N likes Trekking. The ones who are going to Auli and Rishikesh like Skiing and Rafting respectively. The one who is going to Manali, does not like Camping, Skiing, Rafting, and Scuba Diving. M is going to Mysore. C likes Camping and is not going to Rishikesh and Auli. The one who is going to Mysore likes Sky Diving. O likes Cycling. B is going to Rishikesh.
सात छात्र M, N, O, P, A, B और C विभिन्न शहरों - औली, लोनावाला, गोवा, मनाली, ऋषिकेश, मैसूर और गंगटोक में गर्मी की छुट्टी के लिए जा रहे हैं । उन्हें अलग-अलग खेल पसंद हैं- स्कीइंग, राफ्टिंग, स्कूबा डाइविंग, ट्रेकिंग, कैंपिंग, साइक्लिंग और स्काई डीविंग।
जो साइक्लिंग पसंद करता है, वह गंगटोक जा रहा है। A गोवा जा रहा है। M को स्कूबा डाइविंग पसंद नहीं है। N को ट्रेकिंग पसंद है। जो लोग औली और ऋषिकेश जा रहे हैं, उन्हें क्रमशः स्कीइंग और राफ्टिंग पसंद है। जो मनाली जा रहा है, उसे कैम्पिंग, स्कीइंग, राफ्टिंग और स्कूबा डाइविंग पसंद नहीं है। M मैसूर जा रहा है। C को कैम्पिंग पसंद है और वह ऋषिकेश और औली नहीं जा रहा है। जो मैसूर जा रहा है, उसे स्काई डाइविंग पसंद है। O को साइक्लिंग पसंद है। B ऋषिकेश जा रहा है।
There are only three persons lives between B and A who lives on odd numbered floor above the floor on which M lives. There are only two persons live between the floor on which C and D live. K lives immediate above the floor on which B lives. M lives on an even numbered floor. C lives on an even numbered floor below the floor on which N lives. L lives one of the floors below N but above B’s floor.
आठ व्यक्ति A, B, C, D, K, L, M और N एक आठ मंजिला इमारत की विभिन्न मंजिलों पर रहते हैं और इमारत में आठ मंजिलें इस प्रकार हैं जिसमें भूतल की संख्या 1 है और उसके ऊपर वाली मंजिल की संख्या 2 और इसी प्रकार आगे. सबसे ऊपर वाली मंजिल की संख्या 8 है.
B और A के मध्य केवल तीन व्यक्ति हैं जो M के ऊपर विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. C और D की मंजिल के मध्य केवल दो व्यक्ति रहते हैं. K, B के ठीक ऊपर वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. M एक सम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. C, N के नीचे एक सम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. L, N के नीचे लेकिन B के ऊपर किसी मंजिल पर रहता है.
C plays Cricket and not more than two students plays after C. S plays on Wednesday but not Football. R plays Badminton but before the one who plays Hockey. P plays just before B, who plays Golf. Q plays Tennis after C. P does not plays on Thursday. A neither plays on Friday nor Sunday.
सात विद्यार्थी A, B, C, P, Q, R और S सोमवार से रविवार तक विभिन्न खेल खेलते हैं. विभिन्न खेल हॉकी, क्रिकेट, बैडमिंटन, तीरंदाजी, गोल्फ, फुटबॉल और टेनिस हैं, लेकिन जरूरी नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों.
C, क्रिकेट खेलता है और C के बाद दो से अधिक विद्यार्थी नहीं खेलते. S, बुधवार को खेलता है लेकिन फुटबॉल नहीं. R, बैडमिंटन खेलता है लेकिन हॉकी खेलने वाले से पहले. P, B के ठीक पहले खेलता है जो गोल्फ खेलता है. Q, C के बाद टेनिस खेलता है. P, वीरवर को नहीं खेलता है. A न तो शुक्रवार को न ही रविवार को खेलता है.
आठ बॉक्स A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H एक-दूसरे के ऊपर रखे हैं. A के नीचे दो से अधिक बॉक्स रखे हैं. A और D के मध्य दो बॉक्स रखे हैं. D और E के मध्य केवल एक बॉक्स रखा है. C और H के मध्य दो बॉक्स रखे हैं तथा C, H के ऊपर रखा है. G और F के मध्य दो से अधिक बॉक्स रखे हैं. बॉक्स B, बॉक्स C के ठीक ऊपर रखा है.
Seven people live on seven different floors from top to bottom such that ground floor is numbered as 1 and so on up to top floor is numbered as 7. They all like different colours i.e. Yellow, Orange, Grey, Green, White, Black, and Red.
C lives on an even numbered floor and likes Green. There are two floors between the floor on which C and D lives. G lives just above the floor on which F lives who likes Black. There are two floors between the floor on which F and A lives. A lives on one of the above floors on which floor G lives. B lives on one of the above floors on which E lives. E lives neither on first nor fifth number floor. There are two people live between the one who likes Yellow and C. Only two people live between the one who likes Red and the one who likes Green. B doesn’t like Red. The person who likes Orange lives immediate above than the person who likes Grey.
सात व्यक्ति सात विभिन्न मंजिलों पर शीर्ष से तल तक इस प्रकार रहते हैं जिसमें सबसे नीचे वाली मंजिल की संख्या 1 और इसी प्रकार 7वीं मंजिल तक. उन सभी को विभिन्न रंग पसंद हैं अर्थात पीला, नारंगी, स्लेटी, हरा, सफेद, काला और लाल.
C एक सम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है और उसे हरा रंग पसंद है. C और D की मंजिल के मध्य दो मंजिले हैं. G, F के ठीक ऊपर वाली मंजिल पर रहता है जिसे काला रंग पसंद है. F और A की मंजिलों के मध्य दो मंजिले हैं. A, G के किसी एक ऊपर वाली मजिल पर रहता है. B, E के किसी एक ऊपर वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. E न तो पहली न ही पांचवीं मंजिल पर रहता है. पीला रंग पसंद करने वाले और C के मध्य दो व्यक्ति रहते हैं. लाल और हरा रंग पसंद करने वाले व्यक्तियों के मध्य केवल दो व्यक्ति रहते हैं. B, को लाल रंग पसंद नहीं है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे नारंगी रंग पसंद है वह स्लेटी रंग पसंद करने वाले के ठीक ऊपर रहता है.
