Seven persons B, M, K, P, D, F and H go to disco on four days – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday – in a week. At least one person but not more than two persons go to the disco on each of these days. Each of them likes different singers – Sheeran, Eminem, Bruno, Demi, Elvis, Kristen and Kanye.
P goes to disco on Friday with the one who likes Kristen. The person who likes Bruno does not go to disco on Saturday and he does not go to disco with D and H. F likes Kanye and he goes to disco alone on Tuesday. M goes to disco on Wednesday and he does not like Bruno. K goes to disco on Wednesday. H does not like Kristen. The one who likes Bruno goes to disco with the person who likes Sheeran. The person who likes Demi goes to disco on Friday. B likes neither Eminem nor Kristen.
सात व्यक्ति B, M, K, P, D, F और H सप्ताह में चार दिन – मंगलवार, बुधवार, शुक्रवार और शनिवार को डिस्को जायेंगे. प्रत्येक दिन कम से कम एक व्यक्ति परन्तु दो से अधिक नहीं डिस्को जायेंगे. इनमे से प्रत्येक को अलग-अलग गायक पसंद है – श्रेन, एमिनेम, ब्रूनो, डेमी, एल्विस, क्रिस्टन और कान्य Sheeran, Eminem, Bruno, Demi, Elvis, Kristen and Kanye.
P, शुक्रवार को क्रिस्टन को पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के साथ डिस्को जायेगा. वह व्यक्ति जिसे ब्रूनो पसंद है, शनिवार को डिस्को नहीं जायेगा और वह D और H के डिस्को नहीं जायेगा. F को कान्य पसंद है और वह अकेले मंगलवार को डिस्को जायेगा. M, बुधवार को डिस्को जायेगा और उसे ब्रूनो पसदं नहीं है. K, बुधवार को डिस्को जायेगा. H को क्रिस्टन पसंद नहीं है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे ब्रूनो पसदं है, श्रेन को पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के साथ डिस्को जायेगा. वह व्यक्ति जिसे डेमी पसंद पसंद है, शुक्रवार को डिस्को जायेगा. Bको न तो एमिनेम न ही क्रिस्टन पसंद है.
Eight students K, V, Z, H, B, X, E and J are sitting around a square table in such a way four of them sit at four corners while four sit in the middle of each of the four sides. They like different branded laptops i.e. Lenovo, Toshiba, Compaq, HCL, HP, Apple, Sony and Dell. The one who sit at the 4 corners face the centre and others are facing outside.
K who faces the centre sits third to the left of X who likes Dell. The one who likes Dell sits third to the left of the one who likes Toshiba. B who faces the centre is not an immediate neighbour of X. The one who likes Sony sits diagonally opposite to the one who likes HP. Only 1 person sits between X and E who likes Compaq. H sits second to right of V. V faces the centre. Z is not an immediate neighbour of K. The one who likes Lenovo sits opposite to the one who likes Compaq. The one who likes HP is immediate neighbor of E. J does not like HCL.
आठ छात्र K, V, Z, H, B, X, E और J एक वर्गाकार मेज के चारों ओर इस प्रकार बैठे हैं कि उनमें से चार चार कोनों पर बैठे हैं जबकि चार चार भुजाओं में से प्रत्येक के मध्य में बैठे हैं। उन्हें अलग-अलग ब्रांड के लैपटॉप पसंद हैं जैसे लेनोवो, तोशिबा, कॉम्पैक, एचसीएल, एचपी, एप्पल, सोनी और डेल। वह व्यक्ति जो चारों कोनों पर बैठा है, केंद्र की ओर उन्मुख है और अन्य का मुख बाहर की ओर है।
K, जिसका मुख केंद्र की ओर है, X के बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है, जिसे डेल पसंद है। वह व्यक्ति जिसे डेल पसंद है वह तोशिबा पसंद करने वाले के बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। B, जिसका मुख केंद्र की ओर है, X का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. सोनी पसंद करने वाला व्यक्ति HP पसंद करने वाले के विकर्णत: विपरीत बैठा है. X और E जो कॉम्पैक पसंद करता है, के मध्य केवल 1 व्यक्ति बैठा है। H, V के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है। V का मुख केंद्र की ओर है। Z, K का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे लेनोवो पसंद है वह कॉम्पैक पसंद करने वाले के विपरीत बैठा है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे एचपी पसंद है वह ई का निकटतम पड़ोसी है। जे को एचसीएल पसंद नहीं है।
A shopkeeper sold different items viz. Milk, Saffron, Sugar, Rice and Almonds on five different days of the same week starting from Monday to Saturday with one of the days being a holiday(B/W Monday to Saturday). Neither Sugar nor Almonds were sold on Monday. Saffron was sold on the next day after the holiday. Sugar was sold on the previous day of the holiday. There was a gap of two days between the days on which Milk and Saffron was sold. Milk was sold on the next day of the day in which Rice was sold.
एक दुकानदार ने अलग-अलग वस्तुएँ बेचीं। दूध, केसर, चीनी, चावल और बादाम एक ही सप्ताह के पांच अलग-अलग दिनों में सोमवार से शनिवार तक शुरू होते हैं, जिनमें से एक दिन छुट्टी का होता है (बी/डब्ल्यू सोमवार से शनिवार)। सोमवार को न तो चीनी और न ही बादाम बेचा गया। छुट्टी के अगले दिन केसर बेचा गया। छुट्टी के पिछले दिन चीनी बेची गई थी। दूध और केसर बेचने वाले दिनों के बीच दो दिनों का अंतर था। चावल बेचने वाले दिन के अगले दिन दूध बेचा गया।
Five friends A, B, C, D and E like five shoes of different companies-Puma, Adidas, Reebok, Woodland, and Nike. They play five different games i.e., Football, Cricket, Kabaddi, Badminton and Tennis. They earn different salaries i.e., Rs. 15000, Rs. 20000, Rs. 24000, Rs. 18000 and Rs. 25000.
• The one, who likes Puma shoes, earns Rs. 18000.
• D earns Rs. 5000 more than A but does not play Kabaddi and Tennis & D does not like Woodland shoes.
• The one, who plays Badminton does not earn highest amount but like Reebok shoes.
• B plays cricket but does not like Nike and Adidas shoes.
• E does not play Badminton but likes Nike shoes and earns Rs. 15000.
• C either likes Woodland or Adidas shoe but does not play Tennis
पांच मित्र A, B, C, D और E को विभिन्न कम्पनी के जूते पसंद हैं - पुमा, एडिडास, रिबॉक, वुडलैंड, और नाइक. वे पांच विभिन्न खेल खेलते हैं अर्थात, फुटबॉल, क्रिकेट, कबड्डी, बैडमिंटन और टेनिस. वे विभिन्न आय अर्जित करते हैं अर्थात, 15000रु, 20000रु, 24000रु, 18000रु और 25000रु.
· वह व्यक्ति जिसे पुमा पसंद है वह 18000रु अर्जित करता है.
· D, A से 5000 अधिक अर्जित करता है लेकिन वह कबड्डी और टेनिस नहीं खेलता है और D को वुडलैंड के जूते पसंद नहीं है.
· वह व्यक्ति, जो बैडमिंटन खेलता है वह सबसे अधिक आय अर्जित नहीं करता है लेकिन उसे रिबॉक पसंद है.
· B क्रिकेट खेलता है लेकिन उसे नाइक और एडिडास पसंद नहीं है.
· E को बैडमिंटन पसंद नही है लेकिन उसे नाइक पसंद है और वह 15000रु अर्जित करता है.
· C को या तो वुडलैंड या एडिडास पसंद है लेकिन वह टेनिस नहीं खेलता है
A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting around a circular table facing the centre. H is third to the right of C and second to the left of E. B is not an immediate neighbour of H or C. F is second to the right of D and is an immediate neighbour of C. G is not the neighbour of E.
A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H एक वृताकार मेज पर केंद्र कि ओर मुख करके बैठे हैं. H, C के दायें से तीसरे और E के बाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर है. B, H या C का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. F, D के दायें से दूसरे स्थान पर है और C का निकटतम पडोसी है. G, E का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है.
P, Q, R, S, T and U are going to six different cities, viz Kolkata, Mumbai, Ranchi, Delhi, Jaipur and Pune, but not necessarily in the same order. All are going by three different modes of transport, viz Car, Train and Aeroplane. At least two persons travel by each mode of transport.
T goes to Jaipur by Car and P goes to Ranchi. Aeroplane is being used by the persons who are going to Mumbai and Pune. The one who is travelling by Train is not going to Delhi. Q is travelling by train and R is travelling by Car. P is travelling by train.
P, Q, R, S, T और U छ: विभिन्न शहर जा रहे हैं अर्थात कोलकाता, मुंबई, रांची, दिल्ली, जयपुर और पुणे लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हों. वे सभी तीन वभिन्न माध्यमों से जा रहे हैं अर्थात कार, ट्रेन और हवाई जहाज. कम से कम दो व्यक्ति प्रत्येक माध्यम से यात्रा कर रहे हैं.
T, कार द्वारा जयपुर जा रहा और P रांची जा रहा है. हवाईजहाज उनके द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है जो मुंबई और पुणे जा रहे हैं. वह व्यक्ति जो ट्रेन से यात्रा कर रहा है वह दिल्ली नहीं जा रहा है. Q ट्रेन से यात्रा कर रहा है और R कार से यात्रा कर रहा है. P, ट्रेन द्वारा यात्रा कर रहा है.
