Seven Persons A, B, C, D, E, F and G who all lives on a seven-storey building but not necessarily in the same order. The lowermost floor of the building is numbered 1, and the topmost floor is numbered 7.
They all likes different brands i.e. Puma, HRX, Nike, Reebok, Woodland, Fila and Adidas but not necessarily in the same order. C likes woodland brand and he lives on an odd numbered floor immediately below the one who likes Reebok. E lives one of the floor above F but not on odd numbered floor. The number of persons who lives between the one who likes Nike and the one who likes Reebok is same as the number of persons who lives between the one who likes Reebok and the one who likes Adidas. B likes Puma brand and lives on the odd numbered floor immediately below E. The one who likes HRX lives immediately above the one who likes Puma brand. D does not like Nike brand. There is one floor between F and G, who does not like Reebok brand. The one who likes Nike lives above the one who likes Adidas brand.
सात व्यक्ति A, B, C, D, E, F और G एक सात मंजिला इमारत में रहते हैं लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों. सबसे नीचे वाली मंजिल कि संख्या 1 है और सबसे ऊपर वाले मंजिल कि संख्या 7 है.
उन सभी को विभिन्न ब्रांड पसंद है अर्थात Puma, HRX, Nike, Reebok, Woodland, Fila और Adidas लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों. C को woodland पसंद है और वह Reebok पसंद करने वाले व्यक्ति के ठीक नीचे विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. E, F के किसी एक ऊपर वाली मंजिल पर रहता है लेकिन विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर नहीं रहता है. Nike और Reebok के मध्य रहने वाले व्यक्तियों कि संख्या उतनी ही है जितनी Reebok और Adidas पहनने वाले व्यक्ति के मध्य है. B को Puma ब्रांड पसंद है और वह E के ठीक नीचे विषम संख्या वाली मंजिल पर रहता है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे HRX पसंद है वह Puma पसंद करने वाले के ठीक ऊपर रहता है. D को Nike पसंद नहीं है. F और G, जिसे Reebok पसंद नहीं है उनके मध्य एक मंजिल है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे Nike पसंद है वह Adidas पसंद करने वाले के ऊपर रहता है.
Eight persons viz. P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W sitting around a circular table, but not necessarily in the same order. Four of them are facing the centre and four are facing outside. Each of them likes different brands of laptops i.e. Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple, Toshiba, Sony, Acer and Fujitsu, but not necessarily in the same order.
Both the immediate neighbours of U and W face outside. The one who likes HP sits third to the right of the one who likes Lenovo. U and W face the centre. R sits second to the left of Q, who likes Fujitsu. The one who likes HP sit adjacent to the one who likes Dell. V likes Toshiba. T faces outside. P likes dell and sits third to the left of T, who likes Sony. The one who likes Apple sits second to the left of W. V is an immediate neighbour of W. U is second to the left of V. Persons who like Toshiba and Acer sits opposite to each other. Q is second to the left of P.
आठ व्यक्ति अर्थात. P, Q, R, S, T, U, V और W एक वृताकार मेज के चारो ओर बैठे हैं, लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों. उनमें से चार का मुख केंद्र कि ओर है और चार का मुख बाहर कि ओर है. उनमें से प्रत्येक को विभिन्न ब्रांड के लैपटॉप पसंद है अर्थात डैल, लेनोवो, एच.पी, एप्पल, तोशिबा, सोनी, ऐसर और फुजित्सु लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों.
U और W के दोनों पड़ोसियों का मुख बाहर कि ओर है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे एच.पी पसंद है वह उस व्यक्ति के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है जिसे लेनोवो पसंद है. U और W दोनों का मुख केंद्र कि ओर है. R, Q के बाएं से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है, जिसे फुजित्सु पसंद है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे एच.पी पसंद है वह डैल पसंद करने वाले के आसन्न बैठा है. V को तोशिबा पसंद है. T का मुख बाहर कि ओर है. P को डैल पसंद है और वह T, जिसे सोनी पसंद है उसके बाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे एप्पल पसंद है वह W के बाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. V, W का निकटतम पडोसी है. U, V के बाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर है. वह व्यक्ति जिन्हें तोशिबा और एसर पसंद है वह एक दूसरे के विपरीत बैठे हैं. Q, P के बाएं से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है.
Eight friends A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H who are sitting around a circle at an equal distance between each other, but not necessarily in the same order. Five of them are facing outside (i.e.., in a direction opposite to the centre).
B sits third to left of H. H faces the centre. F sits second to the right of B. E sits second to the left of D. D is neither an immediate neighbor of B nor H. Both the immediate neighbors of C face outside. A is not an immediate of H. Immediate neighbors of A face opposite direction. A faces same direction as B (i.e.. if A faces the centre then B also faces the centre and vice- versa).
आठ मित्र A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H जो एक-दुसरे से सामान दूरी पर एक वृत्त के आकर में बैठे है, परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. इनमे से पांच का मुख केंद्र की विपरीत दिशा में है (अर्थात.., केंद्र की विपरीत दिशा में उनका मुख है).
B, H के बायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. H का मुख केंद्र की ओर है. F, B के दायें से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. E, D के बायें से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. D, न तो B न ही H का निकटतम पडोसी है. C के दोनों निकटतम पड़ोसियों का मुख केंद्र की विपरीत दिशा में है. A, H का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. A के निकटतम पड़ोसियों का मुख विपरीत दिशा की ओर है. A का मुख B के मुख की समान दिशा में है अर्थात (अर्थात.. यदि A का मुख केंद्र की ओर है तो B का मुख भी केंद्र की ओर होगा और इसी प्रकार विपरीत).
There are Eight persons M, N, O, P, Q, R, S and T who are sitting around a circular table facing towards the centre of the table but not necessarily in the same order. Each one of them has a different Profession i.e. Scientist, Economist, Manager, Priest, Wrestler, Doctor, Magician and Engineer but not necessarily in the same order. Magician sits third to right of N. N is not the Wrestler. O, sits to the immediate right of the Manager. M is not the Manager. R is not an immediate neighbour of M. S is not an immediate neighbour of the Scientist. M sits third to right of the Engineer. Only two people sit between the Engineer and T when counted clockwise direction from Engineer. Economist and the Wrestler are immediate neighbors of each other. Neither M nor T is a Wrestler or a Economist. Wrestler is not an immediate neighbour of the Engineer. Scientist sits second to left of Q. Q is not an immediate neighbour of T. The Scientist is an immediate neighbour of both Doctor and the Magician.
यहाँ आठ व्यक्ति M, N, O, P, Q, R, S और T जोकि एक वृताकार मेज के चारो ओर केंद्र की ओर मुख करके बैठे है परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. इन सभी का अलग-अलग व्यवसाय है अर्थात वैज्ञानिक, अर्थशास्त्री, प्रबंधक, पुजारी, पहलवान, डॉक्टर, जादूगर और अभियंता परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. जादूगर, N के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. N, पहलवान नहीं है. O, प्रबंधक के ठीक दायें बैठा है. M, प्रबंधक नहीं है. R, M का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. S, वैज्ञानिक का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. M, अभियंता के दायें से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठी है. केवल दो व्यक्ति, अभियंता और T के मध्य बैठे है जब अभियंता से घडी की सूइयो की दिशा में गिनना शुरू करते है. अर्थशास्त्री और पहलवान एक-दुसरे के निकटतम पडोसी है. न ही M न ही T, पहलवान या अर्थशास्त्री है. पहलवान, अभियंता का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है. वैज्ञानिक, Q के बायें से दुसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. Q, T का निकटतम पडोसी नहीं है . वैज्ञानिक, डॉक्टर और जादूगर दोनों का निकटतम पडोसी है.
There are eight persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H who have to attend the marriage ceremony in the month of January, February, March and April but not necessarily in the same order. In each month, the marriage ceremony will be on the dates either 7th or 13th of the given month. Only one marriage will be scheduled on these given dates.
A will attend the marriage on 13th of any of the given month but not in January. Only one person will attend the marriage between the dates on which A and H will attend the marriage. Three persons will attend the marriage between the dates on which H and B attend the marriage. Two persons will attend the marriage between the dates on which B and G attend the marriage. One person will attend the marriage between the dates on which C and D attend the marriage. C will attend the marriage ceremony before D. E will not attend the marriage on 13th of any of the given month. There are as many as person will attend the marriage between C and A and as between the A and E.
यहाँ आठ व्यक्ति A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H जिन्हें एक विवाह सम्मलेन में अलग-अलग महीनो में अर्थात जनवरी, फरवरी, मार्च और अप्रैल में सम्मिलित होना है, परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं इसी क्रम में हो. प्रत्येक महीने में, विवाह सम्मलेन की तिथियाँ या तो 7 या 13 है. केवल एक विवाह सम्मलेन दी गयी तिथियों पर आयोजित किया जायेगा.
A विवाह सम्मलेन दिए गए महीनो में 13 तारीख को भाग लेगा परन्तु जनवरी में भाग नहीं लेगा. केवल एक व्यक्ति, A और H के मध्य विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होगा. तीन व्यक्ति, H और B के मध्य विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होंगे. दो व्यक्ति, B और G के मध्य विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होंगे. एक व्यक्ति, C और D के मध्य विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होगा. C, D से पहले विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होगा. E, दिए गए महीनो में से किसी में भी 13 तारीख को शामिल नहीं होगा. यहाँ जितने व्यक्ति C और A के मध्य विवाह समारोह में सम्मिलित होंगे उतने ही व्यक्ति A और E के मध्य विवाह समाहरोह में सम्मिलित होंगे.
