Raju, Pappu, Chunnu, Monu, Sonu, Titu and Kiku are seven students of a school. Each of them studies in a different standard – from Standard IV to Standard X – not necessarily in the same order. Each of them has a favorite subject viz English, History, Geography, Mathematics, Hindi, Science and Sanskrit but not necessarily in the same order.
Pappu studies in VII standard and does not like Mathematics and Geography. Chunnu likes English and does not study in V and in IX. Sonu studies in VIII standard and likes Hindi. The one, who likes, Science studies in X standard. Monu studies in IV standard. Kiku likes Sanskrit. Raju does not study in X standard. The one, who likes Geography studies in V standard.
राजू, पप्पू, चुन्नु, मोनू, सोनू, टिटू और किकू एक स्कूल के सात छात्र हैं. उनमें से प्रत्येक एक अलग कक्षा में अध्ययन करता है – IV से X तक– लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हों. उनमें से प्रत्येक का अलग-अलग विषय है अर्थात अंग्रेजी, इतिहास, भूगोल, गणित, हिंदी, विज्ञान और संस्कृत लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं कि इसी क्रम में हों.
पप्पू VII कक्षा में पढता है और उसे गणित और भूगोल पसंद नहीं है. चुन्नू को अंग्रेजी पसंद है और वह V और IX में नहीं पढ़ते हैं. सोनू VIII कक्षा में पढता है और उसे हिंदी पसंद है. वह व्यक्ति जिसे विज्ञान पसंद है वह X में पढता है. मोनू IV कक्षा में पढता है. किकु को संस्कृत पसंद है. राजू कक्षा X में नहीं पढता है. वह जिसे भूगोल पसंद है वह V कक्षा में पढता है.
Twelve people are sitting in two parallel rows containing six people each, in such a way that there is an equal distance between adjacent persons. In row 1, P, Q, R, S , T and V are seated and all of them are facing South, and in row 2 A, B, C, D, E and F are sitting and all of them are facing North. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement each member seated in a row faces another member of the other row.
A sits third to right of D. Neither A nor D sits at extreme ends. T faces D. V does not face A and V does not sit at any of the extreme ends. V is not an immediate neighbor of T. B sits at one of the extreme ends. Only two people sit between B and E. E does not face V. Two persons sit between R and Q. R is not a immediate neighbor of T. C does not face V. P is not an immediate neighbor of R.
बारह लोग दो समानांतर पंक्तियों में बैठे हैं प्रत्येक पंक्ति में छह व्यक्ति इस प्रकार बैठे हैं कि आसन्न बैठे व्यक्तियों के मध्य समान दूरी है. पहली पंक्ति में, P, Q, R, S , T और V बैठे हैं और उन सभी का मुख दक्षिण की ओर है, और दूसरी पंक्ति में A, B, C, D, E और F बैठे हैं और उन सभी का मुख उत्तर की ओर है. इसलिए, दी गई बैठने की व्यवस्था में प्रत्येक पंक्ति में बैठे व्यक्ति का मुख दूसरी पंक्ति में बैठे व्यक्ति के सामने है.

Eight friends J, K, L, M, N, P, R and S like different movies – Ironman , Superman, Batman, Titanic, Jungle book, Avenger, Fantastic four and Joker. All of them are seated around a square table (two on each side) facing the center.
L sits third to the right of K. K likes Batman. R is sitting second to the left of P. P is not an immediate neighbor of L or K. The one who likes Ironman is an immediate neighbor of P. Three people sit between K and the person who likes Avenger.
K, L and also their immediate neighbor do not like Titanic. Only one person sits between the person who likes Titanic and M. The persons who like Jungle book and Joker are immediate neighbor of each other. L likes neither Joker nor Jungle Book. Only one person sits between J and the person who likes Superman. J does not like Titanic or Jungle book. N does not like Titanic.

Eight people viz. A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting in a straight line facing North. Each one of them has passed a recruitment exam and must join the office on different months viz. January, February, March, April, May, June, July and August but not necessarily in the same order.
1. G sits third to the right of the person who joins in May. The person who joins in August sits second to the right of G. A and E are immediate neighbours of each other. Neither A nor E is an immediate neighbour of G.
2. H sits third to the right of the person whose joining date is in January. Neither A nor E has joining dates in January' H's joining date is not in August.
3. Only two people sit between E and the person whose joining date is in July. The person whose joining date is in February sits to the immediate left of D.
4. Only one person sits between E and B. C joins on one of the months before July. E joins after April. G joins after A.
5. Neither C nor F sits at any of the extreme end. C sits second to the right of A. A sits at an extreme left end of the row.
आठ व्यक्ति जैसे A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H एक सीधी पंक्ति में उत्तर की ओर मुंह करके बैठे हैं. उनमें से प्रत्येक ने के भर्ती परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है और उन्हें भिन्न महीनों में कार्यलय जाना है जैसे:जनवरी, फरवरी, मार्च, अप्रैल, मई, जून, जुलाई और अगस्त लेकिन इनका क्रम यही हो आवश्यक नहीं है.
1. G मई में जाने वाले व्यक्ति के दाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. व्यक्ति में जो अगस्त में जाने वाला है G के दाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है.A और E एक दूसरे के निकटतम पड़ोसी हैं.न तो A और न ही E G के निकटतम पड़ोसी हैं.
2.H, उस व्यक्ति के दाएं से तीसरे स्थान पर बैठा है जो जनवरी में कार्यलय जाने वाला है. न तो A और न ही E के कार्यलय जाने की तारीख जनवरी में है. H अगस्त में कार्यलय नहीं जाता जायेगा.
3.केवल दो व्यक्ति E और व्यक्ति जिसके कार्यलय जाने की तारीख जुलाई में है के बीच बैठे हैं. व्यक्ति जिसकी कार्यलय जाने की तारीख फरवरी में है D के ठीक बाएं बैठा है.
4.केवल एक व्यक्ति E और B के बीच बैठा है. C जुलाई से पहले किसी एक महीने में कार्यलय जाता है. E अप्रैल के बाद जाता है. G A के बाद कार्यलय जाता है.
5. न तो C और न ही F किसी भी अंतिम छोर पर बैठे हैं. C,A के दाएं से दूसरे स्थान पर बैठा है. A पंक्ति के अंतिम बाएं छोर पर बैठा है.
Seven institutes P, Q, R, S, T, U and V provide coaching for seven different competitive exams, viz. Engineering, NET,CAT,“ SSC, Banking, Medical and TET, but not necessarily in the same order. There is one day weekly, off in each institute from Monday to Sunday but not necessarily in the same order. No two institutes have the same weekly off day.
Institute R provides coaching for NET and is neither closed on Friday nor on Wednesday.
Institute S provides coaching for Engineering, and Thursday is its weekly off day.
Institute T and U do not provide coaching for Banking and neither of these has Wednesday as weekly off day
Institute Q provides coaching for SSC and remains closed on Sunday.
The one which provides coaching for Medical has Tuesday as weekly off day.
Institute V provides coaching for TET and remains closed on Monday.
Institute T does not provide coaching for CAT.
सात इंस्टिट्यूट P, Q, R, S, T, U और V सात विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए कोचिंग प्रदान करते हैं, जैसे. इंजीनियरिंग, NET,CAT,“ SSC, बैंकिंग, मेडिकल और TET, लेकिन अवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हों. प्रत्येक इंस्टिट्यूट में सोमवार से रविवार सप्ताहा के एक दिन छुट्टी होती है लेकिन आवश्यक नहीं की इसी क्रम में हो. किसी भी दो इंस्टिट्यूट की एक ही दिन छुट्टी नहीं होती है.
इन्तितुते R, NET के लिए कोचिंग देता है और यह न तो शुक्रवार को न ही बुधवार को बंद रहता है.
इंस्टिट्यूट S इंजीनियरिंग के लिए कोचिंग देता है और गुरूवार को इसकी छुट्टी होती है.
इंस्टिट्यूट T और U बैंकिंग की कोचिंग प्रदान नहीं करते हैं और इन दोनों की बुधवार को छुट्टी नहीं होती है.
इंस्टिट्यूट Q, SSC के लिए कोचिंग देता है और रविवार को इसकी छुट्टी होती है.
वह जो मेडिकल के लिए कोचिंग देता है उसी मंगलवार को छुट्टी होती है.
इंस्टिट्यूट V, TET के लिए कोचिंग देता है और सोमवार को बंद रहता है.
इंस्टिट्यूट T, CAT के लिए कोचिंग नहीं देता है.
